At Eau de Poudel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original, unopened condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact, and include the provided RMA form inside the box.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
